Silver Care 

You can use any silver polishing cloth available at discount and department stores.  Be sure to cover the hair with a tissue while polishing.  If you rub the cloth onto the hair, it will leave a filmy residue and discolor lighter hair.

Hair Care

I don't recommend cleaning the hair unless it becomes visibly soiled.  Any type of soap or conditioner can easily get trapped in the folds of the braids and leave a sticky residue.  If your item does become soiled, use a mild shampoo and rub gently over the braid with your fingers.  Be sure to rinse thoroughly with warm water.

If any of the braided hair would happen to pull loose, use a nail clippers and get as close to where it is popping out as you can, then snip.  

FAQ

Do you use real silver?  Yes.  I use .925 sterling silver, NOT silver plated metal.

How long does shipping take?  Everything is shipped USPS Priority out of Pennsylvania unless you request otherwise.  According to the post office, this should take 2-3 business days to arrive.
